Returns or Exchanges

MK Jewels Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your jewelry! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Return Window: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and certificates (if applicable) included.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Return Process

  • Request a Return Authorization (RA): Contact us at mkjewels@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Secure Packaging: Repack the item securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package.
  • Return Approval: Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

  • We offer free exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within the return window.
  • For higher-value exchanges, the price difference will be charged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
