• Returned with original packaging, tags, and any certificates
• Non-Refundable Items:
• Custom-made or personalized jewelry
• Final sale or clearance items
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

How to Request a Refund

• Approval & Instructions: We’ll review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.

Refund Process
